Yoga Class Waiver and Release of Liability Form

This Luminous Life

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being allowed to participate in yoga classes offered by This Luminous Life:

1. Health and Medical Condition:
   I understand that yoga involves physical activity and that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any yoga classes if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

2. Assumption of Risk:
   I am aware that participating in yoga classes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release This Luminous Life, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages I may sustain during or as a result of participating in yoga classes.

3. Personal Responsibility:
   I understand that I am responsible for my own safety during yoga classes and will practice at my own level of ability, following the instructor's guidance while listening to my body's limits. I will inform the instructor of any discomfort or pain during the class.

4. Waiver and Release:
   I release This Luminous Life from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, including legal representative's fees, that may occur as a result of my participation in yoga classes.

I have read and understand the terms of this Yoga Class Waiver and Release of Liability Form. I agree to be bound by its terms and acknowledge that I am signing it voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature.
