Whether you’re looking for personalised 1-to-1 postnatal classes, or would like to bring together your NCT group, friends or fellow parents for a private group session, Esther would love to support you.

Private sessions can be tailored to your individual needs, stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery, and the things that matter most to you — creating space to move, breathe, prepare and connect in a way that feels right for you.

Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to chat through what you’re looking for. Esther will be happy to help you find the right approach for you and your little one.

Your Early Postnatal Recovery

0 weeks + postnatal recovery

Congratulations mama! In the early stages of your postnatal journey it can tricky to know what is best to do to support your early postnatal recovery. Too early to join postnatal classes, but there are some simple things you can do to aid your early recovery.

You can join Postnatal classes when you feel ready (some choose to wait until their postnatal check with the doctor usually from 6 weeks), or 8-12 weeks for caesarean births.

I have put together a short guide giving you some options to explore in those early weeks to support your amazing postnatal body. Simply fill in the form below to download my FREE guide!

I very rarely send out emails, and remember you can unsubscribe at any time.
